THE RESULTS ARE IN!

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CREATIVE WINNERS!

Thank you everyone for sharing your Bohemian splendor and posting your photos to Instagram. There were so many great ones to choose from that Debi Mazar and Justin Vivian Bond had an interesting time deciding. There were even a couple of ties and two honorable mentions!

AND A FEW OF THE AUTHORS’ FAVES…

THE JUDGES

Meet two of New York’s most glamorous Bohemians MX JUSTIN VIVIAN BOND and DEBI MAZAR who both brilliantly performed at the Bohemian Manifesto launch party.

Mx Bond is a trans-genre artist and performer both on and Off-Broadway and has won an Obie, has been nominated for a Tony and is most recently making their history-making opera debut in the world premier of Orlando at the Vienna State Opera. Composer Olga Neuwirth has created a part specifically for Mx Bond as Orlando’s child. In addition, Mx Bond authored the Lambda Literary Award winning memoir TANGO: My Childhood, Backwards and in High Heels. Solo exhibitions of Mx Bond’s watercolors, sculptural installations and live art have been presented by The New Museum as part of the exhibition titled Trigger: Gender as a Tool and a Weapon. We long for one of their glamorous eye-motif pillow.

Ms Mazar, the glamorously edgy actress, who once worked the door at the New York nightclub Danceteria and sizzled in Goodfellas, can currently be seen in the TV series ‘Younger’ where she was informally consulted on how to decorate a Bohemian artist’s studio. She recently played a party-loving Ava Gardner during the Franco years in the award-winning Spanish TV series ‘Arde Madrid’ and has also starred in the Cooking Channel series ‘Extra Virgin’ and just like Sophia Loren, has published a cookbook…well, actually two cookbooks with her husband Gabriele Corcos. She is both a collector and photographer who has judged prestigious photography competitions.
